OmniNuera is an enterprise-grade AI security control plane built, operated, and backed by Prashi Solution ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to safeguarding corporate data vector paths and maintaining strict isolated tenant governance.
1. Security Gateway Interception
OmniNuera acts as an enterprise gateway between your team and third-party generative AI models. We intercept incoming prompt vectors strictly to enforce locally configured Data Loss Prevention (DLP) filters. Original vector text is sanitised before transmitting to model endpoints.
2. Isolated SQL Tenancy
All configuration states, workspace profiles, and audit trace records are isolated inside dedicated database instances mapped to your unique client workspace organization. Your data is stored locally and is never shared across tenant boundaries.
3. Operator Temporary Window Auditing
Under no circumstances does our support team have persistent read access to your prompt histories. Support access requests require explicit temporary tickets, authorized through the Platform dashboard, showing active operators and granted durations.
